Synopsis

Living in the modern world we are too busy with our daily routines and addicted to technologies that sometimes we forget that the real beauty of this world is right in front of our eyes.

Director's BIO

Filippo Rivetti is a 33-year-old engineer, born in Milano, Italy. He has always enjoyed travelling, but it’s seven years ago, when he moved to Australia and was captivated by its breathtaking landscapes, that he really fell in love with photography. His passion for taking pictures keeps on growing, as does his enthusiasm and eagerness to learn, improve and create a unique style.
Right now, he is focusing on high quality motion control timelapse and hyperlapse; he uses these techniques to create visual stories around the world.

Tatiana Poliektova and her twin sister Olga were born in St-Petersburg, Russia. Since early years they began to draw and graduated Art school and at the University of Cinema and Television in animation and computer graphic, they started to work together as film director duo and animators.
During these years they made several short animation films (“Tomato story”, “Inspiration”, “Noise”, “I see you”, “Quagga”, “Warm Liguria”) which took part over then in 100 worldwide festivals and earned over 50 awards.

“Cinema Dehors” is the small experiment of Filippo and Tatiana to combine traditional animation and timelapse photography to tell a story.
