Director's BIO
After several years working for Valencian animation studios, he worked as 3D Supervisor in PasoZebra. His shortfilm “Sr.Trapo” won the Best Short Animation- Goya Award and was preselected for the Academy Award. Jaime founded, with two partners, Keytoon Animation Studio. As Creative Director, he had clients such as Curios Pictures, Disney Channel, Mattel or Paramount Pictures. He collaborated in the preproduction of “Aristocats 2” and directed several shortfilms, such as “The Grandfather of Soul”, SIGGRAPH 2007 finalist.
Nowadays, he works as Creative Director in the Workshop of PrimerFrame. “Friendsheep”, was his first job in the company. It was nominated in 2012 for Goya Awards, and won at Annecy in 2012. His next shortfilm, “The Smoke Seller” had won a lot of Spanish and international festivals until it won the Goya on February 2013. “Vecinos” “?rbitas” and “El ladr?n de caras” are his latest works.Contacts
